To run the Audio Tuning Wizard

• On the Tools menu, click Audio Tuning Wizard, and then follow the instructions on the screen.

Notes

• The wizard cannot run while you are in a call. If the Audio Tuning Wizard command is not available, click the End Call button.
• If you use full-duplex audio and experience poor audio quality, try switching to half-duplex.
